Day 01 Beijing
Upon arrival in Beijing Airport, you will meet your English speaking guide, who will escort you to your hotel.
Day 02 Beijing
Beijing is the capital of modern China and home to over 13 million people. The heart of the city is Tiananmen Square, the world's largest public square encompassing approximately 99 acres. We also visit the Forbidden City ( also named the Palace Museum). The Palace Museum, historically and artistically one of the most comprehensive Chinese museum. After lunch, we’ll visit and the emperor's Summer Palace with a boat cruise on the Kunming Lake. In the evening, we dine on savory duck prepared in local traditional fashion at the Peking Duck Banquet.
Day 03 Beijing
Today we will visit the China National Museum (previous National Museum of Chinese History and the National Museum of Chinese Revolution).The National Museum of China is a comprehensive museum focusing on history and arts, systematically showing the long history of China. Afternoon, we take a tour to the Temple of Heaven where Chinese Emperors throughout the ages went to pray and thank gods for the harvests every year.
Day 04 Beijing
Today we’ll enjoy ethnic song and dance performances, art works, sports and festival activities at MUSEUM OF THE CHINESE NATIONALITIES. The Museum of the Chinese Nationalities celebrates the architecture, folk customs, food, arts and crafts of China's minority nationalities. We will also visit the Big Bell Museum. It is the world's largest museum that focuses specifically on ancient bells.
Day 05 Beijing / Xi’an
After one hour's flight we’ll will reach Xi'an, the ancient capital of China. Visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the ancient City Walls in the afternoon. In the evening, we’ll taste dozens of different dumplings at Dumpling Banquet.
Day 06 Xi’an
Today we’ll excursion to the Terra Cotta Army Archaeological Find (Terra Cotta Warriors Museum). After lunch, we’ll continue to the Banpo Neolithic Village Museum.. Inside the museum, there are the hall for the ruins, the hall for cultural relics, and the clay cave ruins. Six to seven thousand years ago, a stable village was built by a late Neolithic people. Banpo had about 500 people lived in the village. In the evening, we will watch the elegant Tang Dynasty Dance Performance.
Day 07 Xi’an
Today we’ll visit Shaanxi Provincial Museum and the Forest of Stone Steles Museum.
Day 08 Xian / Shanghai
A morning flight takes us to the biggest city in China - Shanghai. After arrival, we’ll visit the Temple of the Jade Buddha, Yu Garden and the Bund.
Day 09 Shanghai
This morning we’ll visit the Shanghai Museum. As a museum of ancient Chinese art, Shanghai Museum possesses a collection of 120,000 precious works of art. Its rich and high-quality collection of ancient Chinese bronze, ceramics, painting and calligraphy is specially celebrated in the world. Afternoon we’ll spend some leisure time at famous shopping district – Nanjing Road.
Day 11 Shanghai - USA
Today we’ll be transferred to airport and farewell to China.
